Our theory courses can be completed in as little as a few days however we do not encourage this. We suggest you take your time going through the course material. We recommend studying at most 3-5 lessons per day to avoid overwhelm.

You have access for 12 months (52 weeks) from the date of purchase. You will automatically lose access after this time period expires and you will no longer be able to view course materials.

You must complete all quizzes, exams and required work within this time frame.

No. Due to the nature of online courses with instant access, we cannot issue any refunds.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Case Studies are practice sessions that you must submit in order to complete and pass your training. They are required to show progress in your learning and to ensure you are at an appropriate standard to begin taking paying clients and working on the public.

You will have access to a Case Study Guide throughout your course and our Case Study Submission Terms and Conditions.

Don’t worry, if you have received a failing grade for a Case Study you will be given full feedback in areas of concern and allowed a resubmission.

Failure to complete any requirement of your course will affect eligibility for Certification.
