Our courses are designed to be flexible and can be completed in as little as a few days. However, we encourage you to take your time with the material to ensure the best learning experience. To avoid overwhelm and to help the information truly resonate, we recommend studying no more than 2–3 lessons per day. This approach allows you to absorb and reflect on each topic, leading to deeper understanding and long-term retention.
